Shipping policy

We offer flat rate $10 shipping Australia-wide.

International shipping is available and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery timeframes for international orders may vary depending on the destination, customs processing and local postal services. Any delays caused by customs are outside of our control.

If customs duties or taxes are refused or left unpaid, and the parcel is returned to us, any return shipping costs, customs fees and other charges incurred will be deducted from any refund issued.

We endeavour to ship all orders within 3-5 business days.

All orders are marked "Authority to Leave" if no one is home. If you have specific delivery instructions, please include them in the notes section when placing your order.

Refunds & Returns

We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind. However, if your calendar arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement. Photographic evidence of the damage will be required.
